New delivery information

The delivery time of some products can be further extended due to lasting uncertainty about the global availability of raw materials.

Taking into account the “Golden Week” in Asia and our turn of the year, delivery times meanwhile can be between 28 to 36 weeks.

An early and foresighted order supports the procurement of materials and provides additional security in on-schedule handling of orders. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our internal sales or our order processing department directly: (+49) 5223 / 98507-0.

Unfortunately, the situation on the global raw materials market has not improved and we are still faced with demanding challenges in material procurement in the 2nd quarter of 2021.

There is still a shortage of materials, which causes longer delivery times for all materials. This applies above all to technical plastics and all precious metals, as well as to packaging.

In the logistics and transport sector, there are likewise repeated restrictions and significant delays in the entire supply chain.

The situation described has partly massive effects on the pricing of our products and there will be in some cases considerable price increases.

The delivery times for certain products can currently range from 26 to 28 weeks. Please consider this fact with your orders. It is important to us that you and we can react at an early stage and stay in touch with our customers.

The poor availability of raw materials around the world poses a major challenge for the entire industry.

The tense situation in the procurement of raw material has become more critical and particularly in the case of engineering plastics, massive interruptions in the supply chain can occur.

Some manufacturers and suppliers have already declared the “Force Majeure”.

For this reason we are currently not able to give any binding delivery dates. If there are delays or failures, we will inform you at short notice.

We work together with our suppliers to improve the situation and will keep you up to date.
