Dear Business Partners,

we would like to inform you today that W+P PRODUCTS GmbH and W+P Electronic GmbH have been merged with effect from August 31, 2026.

The purpose of this merger is to consolidate both companies at our headquarters, allowing us to bundle our activities and create the conditions for an even more efficient organization of our business operations.

Going forward, our administration and manufacturing facility at our headquarters at Daimlerstraße 29–33, 32257 Bünde, Germany, will be brought together under one roof. The complete consolidation is scheduled to be finalized by 2027 at the latest.

What does this mean for you?

For our customers and business partners, the merger will result in no significant changes to our day-to-day business operations. In particular, your existing contacts and the familiar contact details, such as telephone numbers and email addresses, will remain unchanged.

The only changes effective September 1, 2026 concern the Commercial Register number (HRB) and the VAT identification number:

HRB 8187 becomes HRB 10925 

VAT DE811688011 becomes DE 260003587

We would like to expressly emphasize that all existing contracts and obligations will be assumed without exception. Orders already placed and ongoing projects will continue to be processed as usual and completed on schedule.

Should there be any further changes in individual cases, we will of course inform you in good time and coordinate the next steps with you.
